This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Next Step Nursing ("Coach") and the undersigned client ("Client"). By engaging in coaching services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

Next Step Nursing provides career coaching services, including but not limited to:

• Resume and cover letter review and development
• Job application and selection criteria support
• Interview preparation and coaching
• Career development and professional mentoring

This Agreement does not guarantee employment or any specific job outcome.

2. Fees and Payment

• Fees for services will be as per the pricing structure provided at the time of booking.
• Payment must be made prior to the commencement of services.
• Accepted payment methods: [Insert Payment Methods].
• A refund will not be issued once services have commenced.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount].

4. Confidentiality

• All personal and professional information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential.
• Next Step Nursing will not disclose Client's personal information without consent unless required by law.

5. Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

• The Client understands that coaching is for educational and career development purposes only and does not replace professional legal or HR advice.
• Next Step Nursing is not liable for job application outcomes, employment decisions, or any indirect consequences arising from coaching sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided by Next Step Nursing (e.g., resume templates, interview guides) are for personal use only.
• Clients are prohibited from copying, distributing, or selling any coaching materials.

7. Termination of Agreement

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time in writing.
• If terminated by the Client after services have commenced, no refund will be issued.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia.

9. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By signing below, the Client acknowledges they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement.
